Namaste Yogis!

As a yoga teacher I aim to truly teach, so each class has some sort of takeaway or theme that can help educate you as a yoga practitioner. I progressively sequence inclusive classes that puts the students needs first.

Both, my group classes and individual one on one sessions are are intelligently sequenced for all levels to gain an understanding of their body and breath through functional movement, alignment and mindfulness practices. The pace of my classes leaves space for self inquiry and mental clarity. My number one goal is to help you feel better and move more freely in your body, leaving you feeling connected, balanced, and focused while integrating strength and mobility. Although I am a yoga teacher I also consider myself a movement educator.

I currently teach 6 virtual classes a week. Sign up for my newsletter and follow me on instagram to get the latest updates @emilymaemarie

private yoga classes The way yoga was meant to be practiced. One on one. Our sessions are catered to your exact needs and goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, learning more about your practice, need guidance in alignment or are wanting to understand a specific pose and how to correctly understand it for your body type.

corporate yoga classes- I travel to your workspace or log on virtually and teach a yoga class that focuses on creating a sense of calm, opens the body after sitting at a desk, and helps to reduce stress in the workspace. We explore finding a sense of focus through movement, breath work, meditation and aromatherapy. These classes are also a great way to build camaraderie as well as productivity in the workspace.

My rate is $100 per hour for private and corporate classes.

My path towards yoga:

In 2009, I did yoga for the first time while on a chakra retreat.  I assumed it would just be a relaxing getaway with my dad and a bunch of hippies, but soon found it to be an important event that would change my life's path. It ignited a spark that has cultivated a deeper awareness towards living an intentional life.

In 2012, I did my first 200-hour teacher training. Since then I have taken a countless number of workshops and training intensives to continue growing as a student in order to share as a teacher.

See you on the mat!
