I also teach private yoga classes, corporate yoga classes, and preschool yoga classes. 

private yoga classes The way yoga was meant to be practiced. One on one. Our sessions are catered to your exact needs and goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, learning more about your practice, need guidance in alignment or are wanting to understand a specific pose and how to safely get into it for your body type.

corporate yoga classes- I travel to your workspace and teach a yoga class that focuses on creating a sense of calm, balances the body after sitting at a desk, and help to reduce stress through movement, breath work, and aromatherapy. These classes are also a great way to build camaraderie in the workspace.

preschool yoga classes- My degree in early child hood education and my years of experience as a preschool teacher are blended with my knowledge in yoga to make classes fun, playful and accessible to mini yogis 

My rate is $100 per hour. 

My path towards yoga:

In 2009, I did yoga for the first time while on a chakra retreat.  I assumed it would just be a relaxing getaway with my dad and a bunch of hippies, but soon found it to be an important event that would change my life's path. It ignited a spark that has cultivated a deeper awareness towards living an intentional life. 

In 2012, I did my first 200-hour teacher training. Since then I have taken a countless number of workshops and training intensives to continue growing as a student in order to share as a teacher.  

The classes I teach are alignment based vinyasa flow, they’re vigorous, energetic, inviting, and have an uplifting playful vibe with a steady focus of breath and movement.
